Generally speaking, unlike other places where merchants gather, the air here is not filled with the scent of deception and concealment. Even street vendors rarely swindle outsiders or overcharge. Considering that people's hearts are not as trustworthy as food, I am more inclined to believe that this civilized atmosphere is due to the effective supervision of the city's merchant guilds.
