The three of you successfully infiltrate the Transport Station but are quickly suspected due to your identities. Only after showing the Starsoul Flasks as cargo do you gain the approval of the leader, Maire. She lends you a Special Permit, but on the condition that you identify the traitor in her crew.
Following the clues, you first discover that Hebard has been allowing medicine to flow to the miners, then you uncover that Dedrick has been secretly selling rockthistle seed tea to the soldiers.
Finally, you confront Nevelle, who is carrying Crimson Marrow, and fight off the Blackstone Legion soldiers he summons. The evidence left after the battle points to a deeper conspiracy: Nevelle, instigated by a person in black, is colluding with the squad, intending to replace Maire and smuggle Crimson Marrow. You present your findings to Maire, who confirms that the person in black has been moving between the major caravans and the squad, constantly stirring up trouble.
As the situation becomes more complex, you take the Special Permit and prepare to find Boyce, who has wandered off to clear his head, before heading to the Mustard Tavern together to continue investigating the disorder in the mine and the true whereabouts of Hruga's Horn.
