Description:
· Often poses as a wandering apothecary.
· Uses exaggerated gestures and flowery language, highly talktive.
· Always wears a wide-sleeved robe to conceal tools.

Summary of Crimes:
The suspect exploited the public's fear of the Illusory Plague, claiming he could control and cure it, in order to sell his remedies from the "replicated Creed formula" at high prices. The remedies were in fact cheap sedatives and mixed ointments with no effect. He further deceived victims by claiming, "Apply my ointment and you'll be able to dance on Illusory Bloom!" The residents believed his words, resulting in one death and five injuries.
