Illusory Bloom and Illusory Plague II

From a chat with Fafala, I heard that thanks to High Priest Lothar's restraint, Illusory Blooms have stayed rare for quite a while.
But recently they've erupted in clusters, even spreading to the village entrance. Many villagers have been hit by Illusory Plague. Something about it feels deeply strange.
