The Blackstone Legion exploited this loophole to transport large quantities of Crimson Marrow without leaving a trace— they mixed the Crimson Marrow with ordinary ore and moved it during the monitor's recharge periods.

The monitor set up by the Creed was completely useless. Perhaps the operators were bribed to look the other way, or perhaps they simply neglected their duties.
