Summary of Crimes:
This suspect is a senior member of the illegal highland organization "Cabbage Mission." He secretly excavated and modified Bapharian Legacy​ in an attempt to bypass the Creed's supervision. Under the guise of "testing modified legacy," he deployed altered Golems across the highlands, causing rampages and injuries. He also helped his associates install modified components onto weapons, resulting in severe injuries among several craftsmen and Defense Corps soldiers.
