"The Hunter"

On the highlands, foxes shuttle through the woods and bushes, an ever-alert prey that hunters both revere and pursue. In the resource-scarce highlands, a fox is a treasure from head to tail—its thick pelt is an excellent material for fending off the bitter cold, as you can use it to make coats and line mattresses, while its meat serves as a rare source of nutrition. For hunters, foxes are an essential means of survival.
Using knowledge passed down through generations, hunters determine the size and age of their prey by the varying depths of their paw prints on the ground. From clues such as the gnawed remains of small animals and shed fox fur, they can deduce the fox's territory. They can even determine its current state based on its calls, such as its warning cries in the early morning or mating calls during breeding season.
Hunters are well aware of the fox's habits: they rest during the day and come out at night, foraging most frequently at dawn and dusk. They are adept at using the terrain for cover, and when faced with danger, they employ diversionary tactics, darting into the woods for a quick escape.
As you can see, becoming a skilled hunter is no easy task.
